Pacific Grill, part of the Naccarato Restaurant Group, is pleased to announce the hiring of Franco D’Amico as the new General Manager.
Franco is well known around the West Coast restaurant scene, working at restaurants in Portland, Oregon, including: Raven and Rose, First National Taphouse, The Sidebar and El Gaucho (GM/Managing Partner). In Seattle, Washington, Franco was the Executive Dining Room Manager at Teatro ZinZanni and in California he was General Manager at Morton’s The Steakhouse.
Franco also has extensive hotel operations experience in a number of roles, including
Food and Beverage Management at Hyatt Hotel/Resort.
Chef/Owner Gordon Naccarato, a winner of Food and Wine Magazine’s Best New Chef award said, “Coming off of our most successful year ever, and as we celebrate our 10th anniversary– I look forward to working with Franco as he brings his wealth of experience to Pacific Grill and takes us to the next level.”

Pacific Grill (1502 Pacific Ave. Tacoma, WA 98402) is a restaurant located in the Historic Waddell Building (1889) in downtown Tacoma, Washington. Pacific Grill is owned and operated by Gordon Naccarato and Joseph Hardwick Jr.. The parent company also operates Pacific Grill Events and Catering, Classics Cafe (located at LeMay-America’s Car Museum) and Smoke + Cedar, all located in Tacoma. In 2015 Pacific Grill will celebrate their 10th year in business serving Tacoma and the South Puget Sound region.
