Make plans to dine out at a participating Flavor restaurants and 25% of your food bill will be donated to programs and services that strengthen the lives of immigrants, refugees and other community members throughout the Puget Sound region. Flavor will bring together immigrant-owned and immigrant-supporting restaurants with other businesses and volunteers in a spirit of unity.
How does it work: Participating immigrant owned and immigrant allied restaurants will donate 25% of the days sales to support Tacoma Community House.
Where is this taking place: In the South Puget Sound region. Near your neighborhood, work, and/or school!
Why help? This event gives us the opportunity to recognize immigrants and welcome them into our community, while spreading cultural awareness with food as the medium. Flavor will help support programs and services that strengthen the lives of immigrants, refugees, and other community members.
