Hail To Our Heros: Celebration and Giving Thanks To Our Veterans

Excitement is in the air as B & G Sponsored Events prepares for their second bazaar, on Nov 17, at First Christian Church of Tacoma, located at 602 N Orchard Street in Tacoma WA, 98406. This event : “Celebrating And Giving Thanks to Our Veterans Fall Bazaar” will be held on Nov 17, 2018. The doors will be open to the public from 10 AM until 5 PM. Some of the things being planned include:

In honor of all our military personnel, there will be A missing Man table, also known as the Fallen Comrade Table, set up. Please take time to stop by and pick up a copy of the print out explaining what each item on the table symbolizes. This table is set up in honor of fallen, missing or imprisoned military service members.

There will be a small gift bag handed out to customers, while supplies last. To all customers, we will have “passports” available. Please pick these up at the registration table, located in the chapel. Customers present their passport to the vendor at each of the booths they visit. The vendor will stamp the passport and give it back. Once they get their passport completely full they return it to the registration table in exchange for a FREE raffle ticket. This raffle ticket goes into a drawing for a special grand prize available ONLY to customers. So please be sure to stop by the registration booth to get your FREE passport. Customers do NOT have to be present for the drawing. If you are the winner we will call you and make arrangements to get the basket to you.

ALL Military personnel (both active and inactive) attending the bazaar will receive one free raffle ticket.

We have gift bags for children also. For the really young children, we have a mini stuffed animal. These are all free as long as supplies last.

There is a FREE children’s corner. We have games and prizes for children between the ages of five and twelve. Each child is allowed to play the games as many times as they wish but are limited to only three prizes. Younger children are allowed to play with the help of an adult or older sibling.

The Teddy Bear Lost and Found will remain open for our next two events. (Nov 17 and Dec 15) find one of the Orange Teddy bears lying around local businesses, restaurants, doctor’s offices, etc and bring them back to the bazaar for a special gift.

There are over 40 vendors signed up waiting to show you what they have on special for the holiday season. Whether it be a gift for that special someone in your life or maybe even that special something just for you.

Although this is not a church-sponsored event, the ladies have graciously agreed to have food available for purchase and Snack Attack will be here with their Candy.

Oh my, we don’t want to forget to mention the Keeba Agency!! William Lee will be there doing a live podcast and getting into mischief with Gail and Bill and Pat.

You won’t want to miss this event. You will be able to find something for everyone. We offer a lot of smiles and laughter. There is sure to be a surprise or two.
