The Grand Cinema will be screening THE SPY BEHIND HOME PLATE for one day only: Tuesday, September 3 at 1:15pm and 6:40pm. There will be a Skype Q&A in-theater after the 1:15pm screening with director Aviva Kempner.
The documentary tells the story of Moe Berg, an enigmatic Jewish catcher during baseball’s Golden Age who joined the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) to spy for the U.S. on the Nazis’ atomic bomb program.
