Provenance Hotels is pleased to announce the hiring of Thomas Pavlik as General Manager at company’s Forbes Four Star-rated Hotel Murano. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Pavlik will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the property’s continued success in Washington’s competitive hotel market.

Having most recently served as Director of Operations at Le Meridien New Orleans, Pavlik joins Provenance Hotels with strong leadership and organizational skills and an exceptional ability to attain short and long term goals. As Director of Operations at Le Meridien New Orleans, Pavlik notably oversaw the $29 million renovation and repositioning of the hotel from the former W Hotel New Orleans while overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s front office, guest services, housekeeping, security, catering and food and beverage departments. Prior to his position at Le Meridien, Pavlik assumed several leadership roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Director of Rooms and Director of Banquets at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit and as Front Office Director at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego.

In his new role as General Manager at Tacoma’s Hotel Murano, Pavlik will use his in-depth knowledge of both front and back of house operations, acute attention to detail and ability to maximize the potential of his team members to drive revenue and guest satisfaction at the hotel.
