What’s black and white with a splash of green? Why, it’s Featured Pet Lily. This domestic shorthair has been at the shelter since July, her nervous personality detracting from high adoptability. But what our “Purr-Time” experts have found is that when the shelter closes and when given one-on-one attention, sweet Lily begins to trust. Simply approach her calm, cool, and collected, and let her come to you. Have some Treasures treats on hand, and Lily may very well seek you out, her food-motivation and your relaxed demeanor working together as a beacon of safety. And once trust is had, rubs and love will be solicited.
