After another successful year, and with the aim of sustaining its presence and growth for years to come, the Destiny City Film Festival has announced its new spot on the arts calendar. The DCFF board and staff have unanimously agreed to move the annual festival from it’s current late August slot to a more film friendly February – starting in 2018. We believe that February is an ideal time for folks to spend a weekend catching the best of independent cinema at the charming Blue Mouse Theatre. 2017 was a great year for DCFF and we know that 2018 will be even better! Please join us in February.

The festival’s call for film and screenplay submissions is now open. Staying true to the organization’s mission and honoring our passion for great stories, DCFF invites Tacoma filmmakers and DCFF alumni to submit films for free! Washington State residents are invited to submit at discounted rates. Visit DestinyCityFilmFestival.com to submit your film or screenplay, and to learn more about the festival. Connect with us at Facebook.com/DestinyCityFF and on Twitter @DestinyCityFF.

DCFF is now seeking sponsors, interns, film reviewers and volunteers for the 2018 festival. Find more information about participating here!
