The Cloverleaf

Established in Tacoma over 60 years ago, The Cloverleaf has remained a long-standing local favorite for decades. Available in two sizes, regular or huge, choose from 14 of their “world famous” specialty pizzas or build your own creation with up to four toppings. While the cooking time for each pizza ranges from 25 – 45 minutes, patrons can confirm that these pizzas are worth the wait. The Cloverleaf, once known as a tavern for ages 21 and up only, now has family-friendly dining hours until 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 p.m. on the weekends.

Salamone’s Pizza located in the heart of Tacoma’s Historic Stadium District has impressed locals by serving up authentic New York-style pizza by the slice. On their first day open in 2018, the new pizza joint with seating for 30 had a line around the block with hungry patrons waiting to get their hands on a traditional slice. Owner Steve Salamone, born and raised in Brooklyn, hoped to bring a piece of home to Tacoma by opening up a New York-style pizzeria. Making their pies fresh each day with dough made in-house and high-quality ingredients, each of their pizzas are 18 inches round on a thin crust, cut into eight pieces. Enjoy Salamone’s three basic pizzas: cheese, white or pesto, and choose from eight different house specials, each named after places around New York. Each slice is large with a crispy crust, perfect for folding in half. Gluten free and build your own pizza options are available, and orders for whole pizzas can be called in ahead of time for pick up.
