With the addition of Tova Beck, the expanded SCJ Alliance (SCJ) office in Gig Harbor now hosts six SCJ employees. Tova, who grew up in Gig Harbor, is a design engineer with the firm’s transportation design group.
A 100% employee-owned firm, SCJ specializes in civil engineering, transportation planning and design, environmental and urban planning, landscape architecture, cable-propelled transit, construction management, and public outreach.
Tova earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture design and a master’s in construction management, both from the University of Washington. Her experience includes work on the East Link and Lynnwood light rail extension projects.
The Gig Harbor team is currently involved in many projects throughout Western Washington, focusing on transportation and construction management projects that improve safety and access for all members of our communities.
SCJ has more than 130 employees in ten offices across Washington, Montana, and Colorado. The firm has earned many awards for its projects and for being a great place to work.
