Tacoma Hosts BBB Accreditation Celebration to Support Latino and Indigenous Small Business Owners

Mi Centro WA will host a BBB Accreditation Celebration on May 1, 2026, bringing together small business owners, community leaders, and the Better Business Bureau to celebrate trust, credibility, and growth within underserved communities.

The event is part of Mi Centro’s Camino al Éxito program, which provides education, resources, and support to Latino and Indigenous entrepreneurs working to build sustainable and successful businesses.

“This event represents more than accreditation—it’s about creating access, building trust, and empowering our community to thrive in business,” said Sarai Legaspi, organizer, and community leader.

Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local leaders, learn about BBB membership benefits, and hear directly from business owners about their journeys and impact in the Tacoma community.
