Bates Technical College’s 19th annual Global Heritage Celebration will feature cultural dance performances and booming drums. Watch The Pilipino American Youth Organization (PAYO) and Okinawa Kenjin-Kai Taiko Drumming Troupe.

This year, organizers will offer an inexpensive lunch of a half sandwich, chips and a pop for $1, while supplies last.
