Yoga and bird fun for the whole family! Enjoy a nature walk on Adriana Hess Wetland Park’s gravel loop. In class, kids and caregivers will playfully learn ways to care for our bodies (yoga breathing techniques and mindful movement), care for our community (conservation and clean-up), and care for nature (learn fun facts about NW birds).
