Change a Life! Become a Volunteer Tutor. Teach an Adult to read, write and/or speak English. Tacoma Area Literacy Council (TALC) trains volunteers to be tutors teaching basic reading skills and English as a second language. Tutors are matched to a student learner and on-going support is provided.

Fall Tutor Training: October 9th & 10th 9:30am to 3:30pm and Nov. 7th 9:30am to 10:30am
