Hands-on art: Jacob’s Ladder
Join us in the Murdock Classroom to learn how to make a Jacob’s Ladder toy. These toys were popular in early America and entertained kids and adults in the old American West. Free activity for Third Thursday.
University of Puget Sound Presents: Art + Sci Salon
Come join us for a special night talking about the Science and Art of food. Featuring a biochemist and a bartender, we will discuss the intricacies of taste and what lies beneath.
We will also have a chance to make fake caviar, liquid nitrogen ice-cream and of course eat them. Miracle berries that alter your taste will also be featured.
