Mala is the Sanskrit word for what we in the West would call a rosary, a string of beads used to count prayers or mantra recitations.This Saturday we have a special opportunity to learn how to make Malas, from our resident teacher Gen Kelsang Wangpo according to traditional Buddhist techniques. We will get a chance to enjoy crafting some of these holy objects while enjoying the company of each other. You can also bring Malas to repair.
