In this series, we will have fun, while exploring how improv practice can contribute to a joyful life and overall wellness. Yes, the same kind of improv that you see on-stage or on the hit show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Those same improv skills can improve wellness through laughter, mindfulness, and creating connections with others.
Each week, we will focus on a different topic, bringing together exercises from improvisational theatre with lessons from spirituality and psychology.
NOTE: This is a hands-on, on-your-feet course – we will be putting our learning into action in each session.
