To Glitch or Not to Glitch? This is the question to be asked by keynote speaker Linda Besemer. The international exhibitor and James Irvine Distinguished Professor of the Arts at Occidental College has been exploring digitally generated images and their errant artifacts—errors or glitches. She uses digital glitches to create new compositions and sees the glitch as a potential form of resistance to Cartesian rationalism and humanist ideal forms. Located in the Tahoma Room.
