White Tara Empowerment

White Tara is the Buddha of long life, wisdom and good fortune. The empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a deep connection with this inspiring Buddha and receive her healing, joyful and protective blessings.
The empowerment commentary will focus on the tantric meditation practice known as self-generation. These imaginative meditations help us to develop White Tara’s special qualities swiftly and easily.
When we connect to White Tara we are connecting to a completely pure life energy that will have a healing effect on our body and mind. We’re connecting to the enlightened wisdom that will help to dispel the inner darkness and confusion within our mind.
Through connecting to this enlightened positive energy, which we call merit, a great good fortune will fill us. White Tara bestows the kind of energy that gets things done and fulfills our wishes.

Commentary: 1:45 – 3:45pm
The Yoga of White Tara: 4:15 – 5pm
